HOURMETER AIRSPEED SWITCH/STC (AEROMETER)
|
The Aerometer is an FAA-PMA approved switch that electronically activates an existing hour meter when the forward motion of the aircraft exceeds 27 mph (IAS). The Aerometer is intended for use in unpressurized aircraft.
This modified method of tracking “Aircraft Time in Service” allows aircraft owners to keep more accurate maintenance records which can produce more revenue flight hours between 100 hour inspections and extend the revenue generating period for life limited components.
